To keep track of your bills and avoid late fees, we encourage you to sign up for e-billing. To register, visit cochranetel.smarthub.coop and follow the simple steps to access your online account.
You can also make payments through online banking, at a bank machine or in person at your financial institution.

I received my bill in the mail. How can I check the balance of my account?
We recommend switching to paperless billing. Visit cochranetel.smarthub.coop to stay up-to-date on your account activity, payment amounts and due dates.

What are my payment options during a postal disruption?
Online: Sign-up for pre-authorized payments or pay online through your financial institution.
In person: Pay in person at our office at 153 Sixth Avenue Cochrane, ON.
Do late payment charges apply if I do not receive my invoice or if I cannot send a cheque?
Yes. To avoid late fees, please sign up for the e-billing to stay up-to-date on your account and pay your bill using one of the options described above.
